Boniface Edward Consulting is a Business Improvement organization with home office in Charlotte, NC. The Company was founded in August 2000 by C. Vincent Johnson. BEC specializes in improvements driven by Strategy, Systems, Values, and Communication. Boniface Edward utilizes a business model that identifies operational excellence as a product of the Technical side of the business integrated as a complete system with the People side of the business.

Over the past years we have met with over 100,000 employees representing a diverse and great generational mix from many industries to describe characteristics of the “Best Team”. We have been able to identify ten elements common in individuals’ stories to identify the strongest Team model to drive high performance. It is clear that Teams drive performance in organizations, not individual performance.  This data, along with our Technical/People approach sets us ahead of our  competitors.
